Before our first session, we will have an introductory conversation via phone or video call. Sessions must be paid for in advance.  

I am certified as a Mental Health Practitioner, which allows me to legally practice psychotherapy within the scope of German Heilpraktiker regulations. Please note that my services are not covered by most insurance providers, including American insurance, as they are not familiar with this designation.

Clients are solely responsible for the financial aspect of my services, and sessions must be paid directly by the client.

The Mind-Body Connection: Overcoming physical challenges through psychotherapy is the first step into the right direction. All diseases have their origin in the mind and body connection. Therefore, the body and mind cannot be separated and must be considered as a whole. You are worth it. Life can and will get better if you are willing to work with yourself. 

I offer subscription packages for my clients at 350 Euros, which includes 4 initial sessions. These sessions are ideally taken once a week, or biweekly, either online or face-to-face. Sessions last 60-80 minutes. Individual sessions are also available and can be tailored to your needs. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss which option works best for you.
